Hi! I'm Lauryn, the owner of Handpainted Salon, formerly known as Ciao Bella Salon. I opened the salon ten years ago with my mom, Cheryl Morris. I have been growing our business through my love and passion of all things beauty ever since. I was born and raised in Weaverville NC, where I still currently live with my family. Growing up, I was always painting and drawing. I took art classes from elementary school into college and continue to paint and draw in my spare time. My love of art is what inspires me every day to do what I love. I am a color specialist, my love for color started from the very beginning of my journey. Weddings are another passion of mine, I love the art behind an intricate braid or a delicate updo. I have traveled all over to attend color classes, to keep up with all the new and growing trends, along with participating in wedding expostions. I spend my days in the salon doing balayage, vivids, and color corrections, and love every moment of it! I look forward to creating something beautiful together!
